Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
Master's degree/MBA will be preferred.

The Manager, Sales Training & Development will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and enhancing the knowledge, skills, and performance of sales employees across the organization. The role focuses on developing a high-performing sales force through effective onboarding, product training, sales capability development, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Training Need Assessment
• Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) for sales teams through performance reviews, field observations, and stakeholder consultations.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning interventions.
• Develop annual and quarterly training plans for sales employees.
• Design and update training materials, presentations, manuals, handbooks, and e-learning content.
• Develop training modules on:
o Sales techniques and negotiation skills
• Conduct induction and onboarding training for newly recruited sales representatives.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and field-based training sessions.
• Organize workshops, refresher training programs, and sales conferences.
• Deliver product launch and promotional campaign training.
• Conduct regular field visits to observe sales activities and provide on-the-job coaching.
• Support sales managers in developing their team members.
• Recommend corrective actions and development plans for underperforming employees.
Evaluation & Reporting
• Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and learning databases.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual training reports.
• Analyze training ROI and suggest continuous improvement initiatives.
