Experience:
• Age 28 to 40 years
• 8 to 12 year(s) in which at least 03 years in managerial role in any reputed manufacturing (FMCG) / Manpower or Group of company.
• Meeting the deadline requires the ability to work alone under pressure with little supervision.
• Prioritize workload and handle a variety of jobs with passion.
• Analytical skills and a mindset of problem-solving.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Proactive, self-driven, and self-started with a cheerful disposition.
• Outstanding negotiating and active listening abilities.
• An attitude of development for long-term success.
• Must be capable of independently creating HR communication materials in both Bangla and English.
• Solid familiarity with the most recent changes to the Bangladesh Labor Act of 2006.
• Ability to use relevant HR software and digital platforms effectively.
• Have a strong sense of morality and ethics.
• Practical knowledge of creating and evaluating different HR manuals.
Develop strategic policies and procedures for Admin and HR issues, and resolve employee grievances and workplace stress proactively.
Implement strategic organizational change to increase productivity and employee satisfaction.
Manage all HR operations and delivery systems — sourcing, compensation, training, employee relations, HRMIS, talent management, performance management, individual and team development, manpower planning, etc.
Carry out any other tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.
Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans.
Collaborate with international clients to understand their manpower needs.
Ensure proper screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
Workforce Planning & Management
Monitor and manage the workforce supply for different projects.
Coordinate with recruitment officers and ensure smooth operations.
Ensure timely mobilization and deployment of selected candidates.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh labor laws and regulations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws in destination countries.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
Address and resolve employee grievances and disputes.
Develop HR policies and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
Conduct performance evaluations and suggest improvement plans.
Any other task assign by management.
