• Preference will be given to candidates having overseas work experience, particularly in the Middle East.

• Sound knowledge of competency-based training, assessment, and practices.

• Physically and mentally fit to perform training and field-related responsibilities.

• Strong communication, leadership, and classroom & assessment management skills.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Deliver theoretical instruction on welding technology, metallurgy, welding symbols, materials, and fabrication principles.

• Conduct training on AWS, ASME Section IX, API, ISO, and other applicable welding codes and standards.

• Teach Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Procedure Qualification Record (PQR), and Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ).

• Conduct classes on welding defects, inspection methods, acceptance criteria, and quality assurance procedures.

• Deliver awareness training on NDT methods including VT, PT, MT, UT, and RT.

• Prepare lesson plans, examination papers, training materials, and technical presentations.

• Evaluate trainee performance through written examinations and technical assessments.

• Maintain academic records and training documentation.
