✅ Job Purpose
To support the organization in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, buyer standards, and internal policies by assisting in monitoring, reporting, and maintaining effective compliance systems.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Compliance Monitoring
Assist in monitoring day-to-day compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Ensure all operational activities adhere to compliance standards.
Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of licenses, permits, policies, and compliance registers.
Ensure all documents are properly filed and audit-ready.
Audit Support
Coordinate and support internal and external audits (buyer, regulatory, and certification audits).
Prepare required documents and assist in audit execution.
Reporting
Prepare compliance reports (weekly/monthly) for department heads/management review.
Highlight any non-compliance issues and follow up for resolution.
Risk Identification & Escalation
Identify compliance gaps or risks in processes and report them promptly.
Assist in developing corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).
Policy Implementation
Assist in implementing compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines across departments.
Ensure proper communication and understanding of policies among employees.
Training & Awareness
Support organizing compliance awareness sessions and training programs.
Assist in promoting a culture of ethics and compliance across the organization.
Buyer & Auditor Coordination
Communicate professionally with buyers, auditors, and external stakeholders during audit and inspection processes.
Ensure timely responses to compliance-related queries.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes and systems.
Stay updated with changes in laws, regulations, and buyer requirements.
Joining Salary Tk. 22000/- after 06 (Six) Months Salary will be Tk. 27000/-
