  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

  • Good organizational and documentation skills

  • Basic communication skills in English and BanglaProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to handle buyer/auditor interactions professionally

  • Experience in audit or compliance-related work (internship or project)

Responsibilities & Context:

✅ Job Purpose

To support the organization in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, buyer standards, and internal policies by assisting in monitoring, reporting, and maintaining effective compliance systems.

✅ Key Responsibilities

  1. Compliance Monitoring

    • Assist in monitoring day-to-day compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

    • Ensure all operational activities adhere to compliance standards.

  2. Documentation & Record Keeping

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of licenses, permits, policies, and compliance registers.

    • Ensure all documents are properly filed and audit-ready.

  3. Audit Support

    • Coordinate and support internal and external audits (buyer, regulatory, and certification audits).

    • Prepare required documents and assist in audit execution.

  4. Reporting

    • Prepare compliance reports (weekly/monthly) for department heads/management review.

    • Highlight any non-compliance issues and follow up for resolution.

  5. Risk Identification & Escalation

    • Identify compliance gaps or risks in processes and report them promptly.

    • Assist in developing corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).

  6. Policy Implementation

    • Assist in implementing compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines across departments.

    • Ensure proper communication and understanding of policies among employees.

  7. Training & Awareness

    • Support organizing compliance awareness sessions and training programs.

    • Assist in promoting a culture of ethics and compliance across the organization.

  8. Buyer & Auditor Coordination

    • Communicate professionally with buyers, auditors, and external stakeholders during audit and inspection processes.

    • Ensure timely responses to compliance-related queries.

  9. Continuous Improvement

    • Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes and systems.

  10. Stay updated with changes in laws, regulations, and buyer requirements.
