Responsibilities & Context:

1. Set the target and draft and design layout of machine, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.

2. Study and record time, motion, method, and speed involved in performance of production, maintenance, and other worker operations.

3. Ensure style wise line balancing. Lay Out the production schedule so that production quotas are met.

4. Prepare layout for the floor for effective utilization of men, machine and material.

5. Analyzing productivity and improve system by implement kaizen process.

6. Check the cutting production; sewing production; absenteeism; print and embroidery; cutting balance, non productive report; and Compile reports on progress of work and production problems.

7. Carry out feasibility study for purchasing new machine.

8. Lay out the production schedule so that production quotas are met. Prepare still inventory for the operator.

9. Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards. Arrange technical and pre-production meeting with production and quality team before new style/input are given in line

10. Assist IE manager to execute and evaluate workers’ performance, motivating workers, Incentive planning, disciplinary matters, and training needs.

11. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior pertaining to the safety, quality, compliance issues, and efficiency of the factory.
