Additional Requirements:

Age At least 28 years
Sound knowledge of AQL inspection systems, buyer compliance manuals, and quality standards.
Good communication skills for liaising with buyers, merchandisers, and production staff.
Ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor knitting, measurement, and workmanship standards during the production process to ensure quality compliance.
Conduct AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) inspections in accordance with buyer standards prior to shipment.
Identify and raise quality defects, providing timely feedback to the production and QC teams.
Inspect trims, labeling, packing, color, wash, and measurements to ensure conformity with approved standards.
Act as a liaison between the buyer, factory merchandising team, and production department to ensure smooth communication.
Ensure strict compliance with the buyer's quality manual and relevant compliance requirements.
