• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Industrial Engineering / IPE.

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sweater Industry

• Age At least 30 years
• Only Male

Good command over MS Excel & reporting tools.

 Strong analytical, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.        

Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

·         Prepare production planning and scheduling for sweater production units.

·         Coordinate with Merchandising, Technical, Production, IE, QA, and Store to ensure smooth workflow.

·         Analyze capacity planning, manpower allocation, and daily/weekly production targets.

·         Monitor WIP, loading plan, line balancing, and output efficiency.

·         Update and maintain production reports, T&A charts, and MIS.

·         Ensure on‑time delivery by effective follow‑up from yarn in‑house to final shipment.

·         Conduct daily production meetings (address open issues, monitor pre-production processes, identify production bottlenecks, and take corrective action to meet shipment deadlines.)
