• Able to follow up on the shipment plan and achieve the set packing target & quick balancing.

• Order quantity completion as per PO-wise, style-wise, colour-wise, and reconciliation

• Resolve technical bottlenecks on the floor for smooth production flow to achieve the right quality and quantity

• Maintain on-time Shipment schedule

• Minimize Wastage in terms of quality rejection to fulfil order quantity

• Monitor progress of production against the shipment schedule.

• Coordination between the quality control section and the finishing section for any kind of fault is generated during processing.

• Act as a team leader for the betterment of the product, process, and resources, as well as the environment.

• Need to ensure that only good garments are packed. Take corrective action for nonconforming products.

• Need to check final checking of production on an hourly basis.

• Need to maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness in the section. Overall follow-up of finishing, whether the machine is running according to the instructed parameter or not.

• Drive the subordinate to implement that plan.

• Able to follow up on the shipment plan and achieve set packing targets, quickly balance finishing lines as and when required, and analyse individual worker performance

• Must be following up on day-to-day target work.
