Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
Develop line-wise production targets.
Ensure plan alignment with shipment schedule.
Analyze order quantity and production capacity.
Coordinate with IE for SMV and capacity calculation.
Balance production load to avoid bottlenecks.
Monitor fabric, trims, and accessories in-house status.
Coordinate with Merchandising and the store to ensure material availability.
Update the material shortage report.
Track daily production output vs target.
Identify delays and take corrective action.
