Job Context:

As the 3D Technical Designer your mission is to have strong knowledge of CLO3D, pattern making, engineering prints, and graphics development. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 3D garments, supporting product development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design and technical requirements are met.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and develop accurate 3D garment simulations using CLO3D.

• Develop and modify garment patterns based on design requirements.

• Prepare and review engineering prints/technical packs for production.

• Create and update garment graphics, artworks, and print placements.

• Ensure fit, construction, and styling accuracy in 3D samples.

• Collaborate with designers, merchandisers, and technical teams during product development.

• Conduct virtual fittings, 3D size set and incorporate comments from buyers and internal teams.

• Support innovation and continuous improvement in the 3D development process.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Manufacturing, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum [5/6] years of experience in apparel product development or 3D garment design.

• Experience with Blender will be considered an added advantage.

• Experience in the apparel/export-oriented garment industry.

• Knowledge of virtual fitting, 3D Size Set and digital product development workflows.
