Education:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology/ engineering / Automation or related technical discipline. Master’s degree (MBA/IT/Digital Transformation) will get preference.
Experience:
The candidate should have minimum 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT systems, or ERP experience (implementation, support, or enhancement)
Experience in multi entity, manufacturing, supply chain, or trading environments preferred
Exposure to AI, data analytics, or automation initiatives is an advantage.
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong knowledge in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar), system integration, APIs, data flows, business process mapping and documentation.
Strong UAT and deployment leadership
Understanding of AI, analytics, and digital platforms
Project, program and stakeholder management
Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem solving, negotiation, decision-making, communication, teamwork, leadership, and influencing skills.
Job Context:
Drive enterprise-wide digital, IT, and AI transformation across multiple entities and geographies. Own core systems (including ERP), lead large-scale transformation programs, and align technology initiatives with business strategy to deliver sustainable value, operational efficiency, and scalable growth.
Job Responsibilities
Digital & AI Transformation Strategy
Define and lead enterprise digital and AI strategy aligned with business goals
Develop transformation roadmap with clear KPIs, milestones, and value outcomes
Identify and scale opportunities in AI, automation, analytics, and cloud
Drive end-to-end transformation programs from concept to value realization (efficiency, cost, revenue, quality, risk reduction). Establish clear success metrics, KPIs, risk management, and reporting mechanisms.
Business Requirement & Stakeholder Management
Partner with functions/department to identify process gaps and digital opportunities
Translate business needs into technical and functional requirements
Prioritize initiatives based on ROI, impact, and feasibility
Build cross-functional alignment and leadership buy-in
ERP & Core System Ownership
Act as enterprise owner of ERP and core digital platforms across entities.
Drive system standardization, integration, and data architecture
Lead enhancements, upgrades, and continuous optimization
Ensure robust documentation, workflows, and governance
Project & Program Management
Lead end-to-end execution of digital transformation and IT projects
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall).
Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery with measurable outcomes
Vendor, Budget & Partner Management
Own & lead digital and IT transformation budgets and track benefit realization.
Act as the primary point of contact for ERP and technology vendors.
Lead Request for Proposals (RFPs), vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
Coordinate system integrations, migrations, and deployment activities.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure contractual and delivery compliance.
UAT, Deployment & Change Enablement
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and validation
Drive system deployment, go-live, and stabilization
Design and deliver user training and change enablement initiatives to ensure adoption.
Drive post implementation stabilization and continuous optimization.
Lead organization wide change management, communication, and adoption efforts.
Governance, Risk & Reporting
Ensure compliance with IT governance, data security, access control and confidentiality standards.
Monitor system performance, data integrity, and risk exposure
Track benefits realization (cost savings, efficiency, quality improvements).
Prepare and present progress against transformational initiative, status, risk, and performance reports to leadership.
Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and operational standards.
Capability Building & Continuous Improvement
Support upskilling of teams on digital tools and AI enabled decision.
Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and digital mindset.
Identify best practices and introduce standardized digital processes.
Perform any other reasonable duties or tasks requested by the Supervisor or Board of Directors.
