• Improve end product quality by monitoring, maintaining buyers' requirements and SOP for all steps in process, also provide and communicate for technical support.

• Keep quality assurance department operational successfully for achieving best quality product as per buyers' requirement.

• Provide technical assistance to all sections wherever applicable in order to achieve customers' quality standard.

• Take full responsibility for quality assurance through the entire manufacturing process including raw material for garments, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing.

• Analyze data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expected from finished product.

• Review output against the sample / instruction / requirement. Follow up output garment measurement report.

• Take necessary action / inform the authority if any discrepancies found.Finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to Quality team.

• Participate in claim meetings and take necessary action to deliver quality products.

• Getting successful inspection done at various stages of Production

• Follow-up buyers requirement for quality and face Byer’s Inspection.

• Also any other task assigned by management.
