Responsibilities & Context:

▣ Overall planning, organizing, and controlling of Carton production activities to meet shipment schedules.

▣ Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production targets with optimum efficiency and quality.

▣ Monitor line balancing productivity, and manpower utilization.

▣ Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and smooth production flow.

▣ Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.

▣ Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.

▣ Monitor absenteeism, discipline, and performance of Carton staff and supervisors.

▣ Lead, motivate, and develop Carton teams to improve efficiency and reduce rejection.

▣ Ensure proper implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

* Strong knowledge of Carton construction, Carton machines, and production processes.

* Sound understanding of productivity improvement, quality control, and compliance standards.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage large workforce effectively.

* Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.

Additional Requirements:

* Experience working with reputed buyers will be an added advantage.

* Must be proactive, result-oriented, and capable of handling multiple lines.
