• Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience will be preferred.

• Previous experience in Product Development in a buying house or apparel industry will be an added advantage.

• Good knowledge of garment manufacturing and product development.

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and career-focused female professional to join our buying house team as a Product Development Executive.

We welcome applications from both fresh graduates and candidates with relevant industry experience. Candidates with previous experience in Product Development, will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle product development from initial concept through sample development and production.

• Coordinate with international buyers, garment factories, fabric mills, and suppliers.

• Follow up on fabric, trims, samples, costing, approvals, and production development.

• Monitor product quality and ensure development timelines are maintained.

• Communicate with factories and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of buyer requirements.

• Follow up on production progress and resolve development-related issues.

• Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal and external teams.
