Job Context:

We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Production Officer – Washing to oversee daily washing production activities in a 100% export-oriented woven garments manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production flow, maintain quality standards, optimize productivity, and achieve shipment targets through effective coordination with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities

✔ Supervise daily washing production operations to meet production targets.
✔ Monitor machine utilization, manpower allocation, and production efficiency.
✔ Coordinate with Planning, IE, Quality, Maintenance, and Merchandising teams.
✔ Ensure washing processes are carried out according to buyer requirements and SOPs.
✔ Monitor WIP, identify production bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
✔ Maintain production reports, line performance records, and daily output data.
✔ Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
✔ Minimize production downtime, wastage, and rework.
✔ Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
