• Diploma in Nursing

• Diploma in Nursing / B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.

• Valid registration with Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC).

• 1 to 3 years

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage.

• Ability to handle emergency situations effectively.

• Observing & Understanding the patient's behavior in the factory.

• Coordinating with the healthcare professional in treatment.

• Diagnosing the disease by analyzing the patient's symptom.

• Carrying out the requisite treatment and medication.

• Doing stitching, dressing, and other medical care.

• Doing the required paperwork.Checking all medical equipment and medicine.

• Checking inventory and doing requisition.Provide Medical assistance to the employees.

• Assist on-duty doctors.

• Providing emotional support to patients and organizing workloads.

• Responsible for providing quality first aid support to the injured peoples.

• Maintaining, observing and recording the condition of patients.

• Checking and administering drugs.

• Coordinate with HR Dept. to ensure healthy working environment.

• Any other relevant tasks assign by the management.
