• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing

• Must have a valid and license from the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC)

• At least 1 year

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age At least 18 years
• Only Female

• Must be willing to work in shifting duties (Morning/Evening/Night).

• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a compassionate attitude toward patients.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in emergencies.

• Provide comprehensive and high-quality nursing care to patients following hospital protocols.

• Administer prescribed medications, IV fluids, and treatments accurately and safely.

• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions to the attending physicians.

• Supervise, guide, and mentor junior staff nurses and nursing assistants on the floor.

• Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation.

• Ensure strict infection control and safety standards are maintained in the ward/unit.

• Educate patients and their attendants about health maintenance and post-discharge care.
