Job Context
We are a 100% export-oriented renowned Denim Garments Manufacturing Company looking for a dynamic, energetic, and responsible candidate for the position of Nurse (Factory). The incumbent will be responsible for providing basic medical support to employees, maintaining medical records and medicine inventory, and ensuring proper handling of workplace injuries and routine health-related needs.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct routine health checkups, including BP, pulse, temperature, and weight measurement.
Provide first aid and dressing for wounds, minor injuries, and skin infections.
Administer medicines as prescribed by the company doctor/consultant.
Maintain and monitor medical equipment and medicine inventory.
Maintain and regularly update the medicine/medical register.
Maintain proper records of employee medical treatment and consultations.
Assist in preparing monthly medical/clinical reports and progress reports.
Prepare and submit requisitions for medicines and medical supplies to the concerned authority.
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of the medical room.
Assist the company doctor/consultant during medical consultations and other medical activities.
Respond appropriately to workplace injuries and emergencies and arrange further medical attention when required.
Perform any other duties assigned by reporting.
