• 1–3 years of nursing experience; experience in Aesthetic Medicine, Dermatology, Cosmetic Surgery, or Aesthetic Clinics will be preferred.
• Practical knowledge of aesthetic and dermatological procedures is an advantage.
• Experience with laser and energy-based aesthetic devices will be highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of patient care, infection control, and clinical hygiene.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of Bangla and Basic English.
• Smart, well-groomed, polite, and professionally presentable.
• Patient-focused, responsible, and compassionate.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn advanced aesthetic procedures and technologies.
• Ability to work in a professional and fast-paced aesthetic clinic environment.

Job Context:

We are looking for a skilled, professional, and patient-focused Female Aesthetic Nurse to join our aesthetic medicine team. The candidate will assist doctors and aesthetic physicians in providing safe and high-quality aesthetic and dermatological treatments while ensuring excellent patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors and aesthetic physicians during aesthetic and dermatological procedures.
• Prepare patients for aesthetic treatments and provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
• Assist with laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, chemical peels, microneedling, PRP, body contouring, and other non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, instruments, and consumables before procedures.
• Follow proper infection control, sterilization, hygiene, and patient safety protocols.
• Monitor patients during and after procedures and report any complications or adverse reactions to the physician.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Provide professional post-treatment care and follow-up support.
• Educate patients about skincare, treatment procedures, precautions, and aftercare.
• Operate and handle aesthetic devices according to clinical protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of treatment rooms.
• Monitor and maintain adequate stock of clinical consumables.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional clinical standards.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinical team members to ensure smooth treatment operations.
