Sound knowledge of normal delivery and maternal/newborn care procedures
Compassionate, calm, and able to handle emergencies confidently
Ability to work in shifts, including nights and holidays
Good communication skills in Bangla; basic English is a plus
Responsibilities & Context:
Provide antenatal check-ups, guidance, and monitoring for expectant mothers
Assist and manage normal delivery cases under safe clinical protocols
Provide postnatal care to mothers and newborns
Monitor and record vital signs of mother and baby during labor and delivery
Educate mothers on newborn care, breastfeeding, and family planning
Identify complications early and refer to physicians/specialists promptly
Maintain accurate delivery and patient records
Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control standards are maintained
Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff for comprehensive maternal care
