● Detail-oriented, accurate, and responsible
● Ability to work in shifts, including nights and holidays
● Good communication skills in Bangla; basic English is a plus
Responsibilities & Context:
Collect, process, and analyze patient samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.)
Perform diagnostic tests accurately following standard laboratory procedures
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
Record and report test results promptly and accurately
Maintain proper storage and disposal of samples and lab waste
Ensure compliance with quality control and safety protocols
Maintain inventory of lab reagents, chemicals, and supplies
Coordinate with physicians and other departments regarding test results
Maintain cleanliness and sterility of the laboratory at all times
