• Sound knowledge of clinical procedures and patient care standards

• Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented

• Ability to work in shifts, including nights and holidays

• Good communication skills in Bangla; basic English is a plus

• Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and dressing wounds

• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and treatments

• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts regularly

• Educate patients and family members on post-treatment care and medication

• Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for patients

• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies

• Coordinate with doctors, lab, and other departments for patient management

• Maintain and manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment

• Follow hospital protocols, infection control, and safety guidelines
