• Diploma

• Diploma or B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.

• Valid registration with Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC).

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Diagnostic Centre

• Age At least 23 years

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospital nursing (experience in ophthalmology will be preferred).

• Fresh graduates may also apply if willing to work in specialized eye care.

Skills & Competencies:

• Good understanding of ophthalmic nursing care.

• Strong communication and patient-handling skills.

• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.

• Compassionate and ethical approach to patient care.

• MOK Youth Vision Eye Hospital is a charitable initiative of Youth for Bangladesh, a non-profit social development organization working since 2009 to support homeless, helpless, street children, and underprivileged communities.

• Youth for Bangladesh operates several social initiatives, including Valo Kajer Hotel, Daily Ten School, Apon Ghor Old Age Home, Apon Ghor Cancer Shelter Home, the Self-Reliance Project, and MOK Youth Vision Eye Hospital.

• As part of our commitment to accessible healthcare, the hospital provides quality ophthalmic care to underserved communities. We are currently looking for a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Nurse to join our team and support the delivery of safe, professional, and patient-centered eye care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist ophthalmologists during examinations, procedures, and surgeries.

• Prepare patients for eye examinations and operations.

• Administer prescribed medications and eye drops.

• Monitor patients’ condition before, during, and after procedures.

• Educate patients on eye care, medication use, and post-treatment guidelines.

• Maintain proper medical records and ensure cleanliness in the working area.
