Responsibilities & Context.

• Design and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, PDCA, 5S, and other methodologies.

• Conduct time and motion studies, line balancing, and capacity studies to optimize production flow.

• Identify areas for improvement in the production process and implement lean tools like 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

• Knowledge of OPEX principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and ADMANRI audit requirements.

• Ability to support OPEX & ADMANRI audits by preparing documentation, ensuring compliance, and implementing corrective actions.

• Develop and maintain Incident Response (IR) plans for operational disruptions and emergency situations.

• Conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) for quality, production, or safety incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Monitor KPIs, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.

• Lead cross-functional teams in CI projects, efficiency drives, and post-incident reviews.

• Develop, document, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflow charts to ensure process consistency.

• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to identify and resolve operational challenges and ensure process excellence.

• Train staff and floor operators on CI/IR best practices, compliance requirements, and lean manufacturing principles.

• Provide support during audits and compliance processes by clients or certification bodies.

• Participate in digitalization and automation projects for real-time data capture and process monitoring.

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali to coordinate across departments.

• Document all CI activities, incident responses, outcomes, and learnings in a structured and traceable format.

• Possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities, especially under pressure and during critical incidents.
