Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain and troubleshoot computers, servers, networks, printers, biometric attendance devices, CCTV, and other IT equipment.

  • Ensure smooth operation of LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network security.

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, antivirus, and company software.

  • server management, backup scheduling, and restore procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.

  • Manage user accounts, email systems, access permissions, data backup, and IT asset inventory.

  • Provide end-user technical support, training, and on-site IT assistance when required.

  • Coordinate with vendors for AMC, repairs, procurement, and technical support.

  • Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and data security.

  • Prepare periodic IT activity and system reports.

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time using payroll/HR software.

  • Maintain employee payroll data including salary structure, attendance, overtime, leave, deductions, and benefits.

  • Monitor attendance, leave records, late arrivals, and absences.

  • Handle payroll adjustments, reprocessing, and employee payroll queries.

  • Prepare payroll MIS and coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement.

  • Ensure payroll compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Support HR activities including onboarding, employee data management, and appraisal processes.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.
