The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sweaters.

Research current fashion trends, customer preferences, and market demands.

Develop creative concepts and seasonal apparel collections.

Create sketches, technical drawings, and design specifications.

Select suitable fabrics, trims, colors, prints, and accessories.

Prepare tech packs with detailed garment construction information.

Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, and production teams to ensure design accuracy.

Monitor sample development and provide design corrections when necessary.

Ensure garments meet quality, fit, and aesthetic standards.

Work closely with buyers to understand their requirements and incorporate feedback.

Stay updated with global fashion trends, fabrics, and manufacturing techniques.

Maintain design documentation and product development records.

Ensure all designs comply with company standards, customer requirements, and production feasibility.

Participate in fit sessions and approve final samples before bulk production.

Support continuous product innovation and cost-effective design solutions.

Perform any other duties assigned by management
