Responsibilities & Context:
Develop new business and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve sales and business growth targets for dyeing sub-contract services.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and secure orders.
Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor order progress and ensure customer requirements are met.
Resolve customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research and analyze competitors to identify new opportunities.
Ensure timely payment collection and maintain customer accounts.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
Represent the company in customer meetings and industry events.
