Responsibilities & Context:
Review laboratory reports for technical accuracy.
Verify raw test data before report finalization.
Ensure correct transfer of laboratory data into customer reports.
Check compliance with customer specifications and international test methods.
Ensure report formats meet customer requirements.
Coordinate with laboratory personnel regarding testing issues.
Monitor testing progress to meet delivery deadlines.
Maintain report quality and documentation.
Register customer complaints and follow corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Communicate with laboratories and customers regarding report-related issues.
