Responsibilities & Context:

1. Plan & organize daily store activities, ensuring efficient material storage, inventory handling and proper allocation of roles to staff.

2. Ensure all store operations comply with legal, health , safety  and environmental standards and maintain accurate records for audits  and internal reporting.

3. Oversee the management of unusuable GMTS/Fabric/accessories, coordinating their disposal or reuse in accordance with  company policies.

4. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize operational efficiency within the warehouse and inventory management system.

5. Work closely with procurement production , Finance and commercial teams to align goals and ensure a smooth flow of materials through the supply chain.

6. Regularly report on inventory levels, stock movement, financial metrics  and key operational issues to senior management to provide updates and insights for decision-making.

7. Ensure proper handling of Shipment Schedule & loading undloading management.

8. Forecast material requirements, manage supplier relationships,  and ensure timely deliveries, aligning with procurement and production planning teams .

9. Analyze expenditure trends ,monitor actual spending against forecasts, and optimize procurement , warehousing and distribution costs to identify and implement savings opportunities.

10. Ensure 5S standard & FIFO method for smooth operation of goods control.

11.   To handle various types of Audit.

12.   LOGIC /ERP Software communication for accuracy of store management.
