Job Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the Amira retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and leading the store team to deliver an outstanding shopping experience while maximizing profitability.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Drive sales performance by achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Lead, motivate, supervise, and develop the store team to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and coordinate with the warehouse to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
Maintain attractive visual merchandising and ensure products are displayed according to brand guidelines.
Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance, and ensure adequate manpower during peak hours.
Monitor daily cash transactions, POS operations, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Analyze sales reports, customer trends, and store performance to recommend improvement strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, health & safety standards, and loss prevention procedures.
Coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and in-store marketing activities.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming shopping environment.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
Experience
4–6+ years of experience in retail operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or store management role.
Experience in fashion, lifestyle, apparel, or retail brands will be preferred.
