Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve sales target.
∎ Guiding and motivating sales people properly to achieved monthly and daily sales targets.
∎ Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
∎ Proper cash handling.
∎ Planning and executing store manner and performing monthly physical inventory audit.
∎ Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service.
∎ Ensure proper stocking & all moving items availability; make requisition for all fewer stock items.
∎ Report on buying trends, customer needs
∎ Daily / weekly / monthly report to the management
∎ Mentality to work extended hours (Long time)
∎ Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe and CCTV operation
∎ Ensure proper maintenance and smoothly operation of retail outlet
