Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise daily laboratory testing activities.
Conduct textile testing according to approved SOPs and international test methods.
Review test results before report generation.
Ensure all Quality parameters are maintained.
Monitor laboratory Turnaround Time (TAT).
Ensure equipment calibration and preventive maintenance.
Maintain laboratory testing environment.
Train and supervise laboratory technicians.
Prepare laboratory records for ISO 17025 audits.
Communicate technical information with internal teams and customers when required.
