Responsibilities & Context:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process of drivers (posting, sourcing, screening, and hiring).
Conduct interviews, background checks, and license verification.
Maintain a pool of potential drivers for future recruitment.
Ensure drivers meet company standards, policies, and compliance.
Monitor driver performance and coordinate with the Management for disciplinary actions if needed.
Prepare reports on recruitment and retention.
