Professional certification in HRM (PGDHRM, SHRM, CLDP, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh EPZ Labor Law, BEPZA regulations, and company policies.

  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.

  • Manage workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and recruitment.

  • Handle disciplinary actions, grievance management, and workplace investigations.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.

  • Maintain effective industrial relations (IR) and liaise with workers' representatives.

  • Lead talent development, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.

  • Prepare HR reports, analyze workforce data, and support strategic decision-making.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure audit and statutory compliance.
