Experience:
Professional certification in HRM (PGDHRM, SHRM, CLDP, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
As a Manager Minimum 5 Years Experience in EPZ.
BEPZA Law & Rules knowledge
Social compliance & buyer audit experience.
Strong leadership & communication skills Problem-solving & analytical ability.
Ability to handle pressure & multitasking.MS Office & HRIS proficiency
Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh EPZ Labor Law, BEPZA regulations, and company policies.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
Manage workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and recruitment.
Handle disciplinary actions, grievance management, and workplace investigations.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.
Maintain effective industrial relations (IR) and liaise with workers' representatives.
Lead talent development, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, analyze workforce data, and support strategic decision-making.
Maintain employee records and ensure audit and statutory compliance.
