MBA (Major in HRM) will be given preference.
Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and Labor Rules.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with HRIS/ERP systems will be an added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented professional to lead our Human Resources and Administration functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, strategic planning, policy implementation, compliance management, and people management skills.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and talent acquisition activities.
Manage performance appraisal, employee engagement, succession planning, and career development.
Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Act, Labor Rules, and other statutory requirements.
Handle disciplinary actions, grievance management, and employee relations.
Supervise payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and compensation & benefits.
Manage administrative functions including office operations, security, transport, facility management, housekeeping, and vendor management.
Prepare departmental budgets and monitor administrative expenses.
Coordinate with government agencies, regulatory authorities, auditors, and external stakeholders.
Ensure workplace safety, compliance, and organizational governance.
Lead HR digitalization and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
