  • Experience with HRIS/ERP systems will be an added advantage.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented professional to lead our Human Resources and Administration functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, strategic planning, policy implementation, compliance management, and people management skills.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and talent acquisition activities.

  • Manage performance appraisal, employee engagement, succession planning, and career development.

  • Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Act, Labor Rules, and other statutory requirements.

  • Handle disciplinary actions, grievance management, and employee relations.

  • Supervise payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and compensation & benefits.

  • Manage administrative functions including office operations, security, transport, facility management, housekeeping, and vendor management.

  • Prepare departmental budgets and monitor administrative expenses.

  • Coordinate with government agencies, regulatory authorities, auditors, and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure workplace safety, compliance, and organizational governance.

  • Lead HR digitalization and continuous process improvement initiatives.

  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
