Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational workforce planning aligned with ABP and business expansion objectives to ensure timely availability of qualified and high-performing talent.

  • Direct and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process across corporate and factory operations to ensure efficient, transparent, and competency-based hiring that meets organizational quality and compliance standards.

  • Design and promote a strong Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and employer branding initiatives across digital platforms, professional networks, and academic partnerships to enhance the organization’s visibility and attractiveness in the talent market.

  • Implement and optimize recruitment technologies, data analytics, and digital sourcing tools to improve recruitment efficiency, candidate sourcing capabilities, and overall hiring effectiveness.

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through partnerships with universities, professional networks, recruitment agencies, and industry associations to ensure continuous access to high-potential candidates for critical roles.

  • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle and support structured onboarding processes to improve new hire engagement, productivity, and early retention.

  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire to provide data-driven insights and recommendations that improve talent acquisition effectiveness and support strategic workforce decisions.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and business unit heads to align recruitment priorities, workforce requirements, and hiring strategies with organizational goals while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
