We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated person you will be responsible for conducting training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. Your primary focus will be on providing training in various areas, including product knowledge, soft skills, customer service, and other relevant topics. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our employees are well-equipped to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Training Planning: Developing and implementing training plans for specific regions or locations, considering the training needs and requirements of the employees or learners in that area. Trainer must have the ability to create training strategies, plans, initiatives, projects and supporting materials for in-house and on-the-job training and coaching.
• Conducting Training Sessions: Delivering training sessions, refresher and coaching to employees or learners in the region. These sessions could cover a wide range of topics, such as product knowledge, skills development, compliance, or company policies. Target to create sustainable learning experience.
• Facilitate the training sessions, on boarding, hand holding process throughout the initial phrases and manage feedback sessions to ensure continuous improvements.
• Take ownership in preparing new sales representatives through orientation, induction training of company orientation, Product, service & process, behaviours moulding, follow-up, coaching and other relevant training courses. Also ensure proper evaluation and tracking.
• Training Content Development Support: Supporting LM to create and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, online resources and reporting to support effective training delivery.
• Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques suitable for the concern region; making support readily available & be familiar with the modern training methods to facilitate the development of employees learning objectives.
• Evaluation and Feedback: Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback from participants, making improvements as needed.
• Coaching and Support: Providing one-on-one coaching and support to employees who may require additional assistance in their learning and development journey.
• Establish a constructive learning environment and ability to build co-relation with cross functional teams.
• Team Player: Work in a team to establish departments smooth operation. Maintain corresponding relationship within team. Support all the requirements and ensure training & development programs are satisfactory to all the relevant parties in the organisation. (Any disorientation, disengagement within team or bullying team members will be treated as zero tolerance)
• Reporting: Preparing and presenting reports on training activities, attendance, initiatives, and outcomes to regional and corporate management.
• Travel: Depending on the company's geographical spread, Regional Trainers might need to travel frequently to different locations within the region to conduct training sessions. Trainer must have high mobility without any excuse.
• Communication: Maintaining effective communication with regional teams, Cross departments, and other stakeholders to align training initiatives with overall business goals. Coordinate and monitor enrolment, schedules, equipment, and costs of planned program and keep within budgets.
• Continuous Learning: Staying up to date with industry trends, new training methodologies, and best practices to enhance training effectiveness. Familiar with e-learning & delivering online training. Time to time attend online training courses, TOT, seminars etc for self-development. Research on new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and people development programs and present this research.
