Details Business Solution is urgently looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in HR agency business development and HR operations. The candidate must have practical experience in client communication, recruitment service sales, client handling, and maintaining HR agency business relationships.
Candidates with an existing corporate client base will get preference.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new corporate clients for recruitment, headhunting, payroll, HR outsourcing, and HR consultancy services.
Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients.
Conduct client visits, meetings, follow-ups, and business presentations.
Identify hiring needs from clients and coordinate with the recruitment/HR operations team.
Support end-to-end recruitment service delivery, including job requirement collection, candidate coordination, interview follow-up, and joining updates.
Prepare client proposals, service quotations, and basic business documents.
Maintain client database, follow-up tracker, and business pipeline report.
Build long-term relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, and Business Heads.
Achieve monthly client acquisition, meeting, and revenue targets.
Support HR agency operations whenever required.
Requirements-
Minimum Graduation from any reputed institution.
1–2 years of experience in HR agency / recruitment agency / HR outsourcing business development is required.
Must have experience in HR operations or recruitment coordination.
Must have a good corporate client base or strong client network.
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work under target and deadline pressure.
Must be comfortable with client visits and field movement.
Good knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and basic reporting.
Preferred Skills
Experience in recruitment service sales, payroll outsourcing, manpower supply, or HR consultancy.
Existing relationship with corporate HR/Admin/Management teams.
Ability to generate leads and close business independently.
Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and professional presentation skill.
