Experience:
Experience: 5 to 10 years of direct experience in garments worker management.
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in HRM or a related field. PGDHRM from a reputed institute is highly preferred.
Legal Expertise: Profound, up-to-date knowledge of BD Labor Law.
Soft Skills: Exceptional "people skills," emotional intelligence, and the ability to remain composed under high-pressure situations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Excel for payroll and reporting.Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HRM, Management, or related field(Experience in RMG sector will be given priority)
Key Responsibilities:
Worker Management: Directly supervise and manage a large workforce of garments workers (operators, helpers, etc.).
Dispute Resolution: Act as the primary mediator for worker grievances and demands. You must possess the ability to de-escalate tensions and resolve disputes calmly while protecting the company’s interests.
Operations & Payroll: Oversee monthly salary calculations, attendance tracking, and comprehensive leave management.
Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for newly experienced workers, ensuring skill assessments meet our design house standards.
Legal Compliance: Ensure all factory activities align strictly with the Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 (and subsequent amendments) and BEPZA regulations where applicable.
