Responsibilities & Context:
  • Responsible for overseeing day to day factory HR & Administrative functions.

  • Follow up manpower and labor management, attendance, leave management, salary administration along with other compensation & benefit related issues.

  • Perform payroll related tasks using Payroll software such as salary sheet preparation, pay slip printing, bonus preparation, earn leave calculation etc.

  • Collecting attendance data from floor and input into HRIS.

  • To build a strong interpersonal relationship with all kinds of stakeholders related to factory operation.

  • Greeting & ensure maximum care to ensure hospitality with the guests come from legislative bodies.

  • To ensure maximum amenities for high-quality guest hospitality management & Ensure canteen management for all staffs.

  • Ensure proper hygiene and flow of all kinds of cleaning items and record keeping for its usages & for address GMP audit.

  • Maintain data sheet/registers & input data to ERP for maintain HRIS.

  • To build a strong interpersonal relationship with all kinds of stakeholders related to factory operation.
