Education:
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • MBA/Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized university.

  • Additional professional certification in HR, Labor Law, or Compliance will be an added advantage.

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration, preferably in a manufacturing or food processing industry.

  • Practical knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law, HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance is required.

  • Experience with HRIS/ERP systems will be preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:

Department: Human Resources Department (HQ) & Factory Administration (Factory)

Job Location: Factory Premises, Care Nutrition Limited (CNL), [Nanakhi, Sadipur, Sonargaon, Narayanganj]

Reports To: Head of the Department of Human Resources (HQ) & Factory Administration (Factory)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Purpose

To support the overall Human Resources function of the factory by ensuring effective manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, labor law compliance, disciplinary management, HR operations, employee welfare, HRIS administration, and food safety compliance. The role is responsible for maintaining a productive, compliant, and employee-friendly work environment that supports uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Manpower Planning & Recruitment

  • Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements based on production needs and approved budget.

  • Manage recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and joining process.

  • Ensure timely recruitment of employees for regular and peak production requirements.

  • Maintain recruitment records, manpower reports, and employee databases.

Employee Joining, Induction & Separation Management

  • Complete joining formalities and employee documentation.

  • Conduct new employee orientation and induction programs.

  • Communicate company policies, rules, benefits, workplace procedures, and code of conduct.

  • Ensure employees understand and follow GMP, HACCP, hygiene, safety, and workplace requirements.

  • Monitor probation periods and coordinate employee confirmation processes.

  • Manage employee separation, clearance, and exit procedures as per company policy.

HR System / HR Software Management

  • Maintain and update employee information in HR software/ERP systems.

  • Manage employee records including attendance, leave, overtime, and personal information.

  • Prepare HR reports and data analysis as required.

  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper control of employee information.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain employee files, HR documents, and statutory records.

  • Manage daily HR operations including attendance, leave, shift schedules, overtime, and employee movement.

  • Provide payroll-related information and support monthly payroll activities.

  • Prepare regular HR reports for management review.

Labor Law Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and applicable rules.

  • Maintain required legal documents, registers, and records for government authorities.

  • Support labor inspections and regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor working hours, overtime, wages, leave, and employee benefits.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies related to child labor, forced labor, discrimination, and ethical workplace practices.

Disciplinary Management & Employee Conduct

  • Handle employee discipline-related matters and workplace issues.

  • Conduct investigations and prepare investigation reports when required.

  • Support disciplinary hearings and corrective actions.

  • Maintain disciplinary records and ensure proper documentation.

Training & Development

  • Identify employee training requirements and prepare training plans.

  • Arrange technical, safety, behavioral, GMP, and food safety training programs.

  • Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.

  • Support employee skill improvement and development initiatives.

HR Compliance & Audit Support

  • Ensure HR activities comply with company policies, customer requirements, and industry standards.

  • Support internal and external audits including MSF, ISO, BSTI, BFSA, IFC, and customer audits.

  • Maintain audit documents, compliance records, and corrective action plans.

  • Continuously improve HR processes and systems.

Performance Management & Employee Relations

  • Support employee performance evaluation, KPI management, promotion, and increment processes

  • Handle employee complaints, grievances, and workplace concerns.

  • Maintain positive employee relations and a healthy work environment.

  • Organize employee engagement, welfare, and motivation activities.

  • Prepare HR performance reports and improvement plans.

Food Safety Compliance & Documentation

  • Support implementation of food safety systems including GMP, GHP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000.

  • Maintain employee hygiene, medical fitness, and food safety training records.

  • Arrange food safety awareness programs for employees.

  • Support food safety audits and compliance activities.

General Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

  • Follow company policies, values, ethics, and professional standards.

  • Support factory management in achieving operational and business goals.

  • Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by management.



Job Other Benifits:
    • Salary Range: BDT 30,000 – 35,000 per month (based on qualification and experience).
