Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

The Manager – HR & Administration is responsible for leading all human resource and administrative functions to support the organization's business objectives. The role involves talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management, compliance with labor laws, payroll coordination, office administration, facility management, and policy implementation within the real estate business.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

  • Plan workforce requirements with department heads.

  • Oversee employee performance management and appraisal systems.

  • Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives.

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.

  • Coordinate training and development programs.

  • Maintain employee records and HRIS.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

  • Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and final settlements.

  • Support succession planning and organizational development.

Administration

  • Oversee office administration and day-to-day operations.

  • Manage office facilities, maintenance, housekeeping, and security.

  • Supervise transport, travel, accommodation, and logistics.

  • Manage vendor contracts and service providers.

  • Control office assets and inventory.

  • Ensure health, safety, and workplace compliance.

  • Prepare and monitor administrative budgets.

  • Coordinate company events and employee welfare activities.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

  • Maintain statutory documentation and licenses.

  • Support internal and external audits.

  • Prepare HR and administration reports for management.
