Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of construction materials, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle), or procurement software.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
2. Procure construction materials, MEP items, finishing materials, office supplies, and project-related services.
3. Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and contracts.
4. Obtain quotations, compare prices, and conduct bid evaluations.
5. Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites according to construction schedules.
6. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and finance teams regarding procurement requirements.
7. Monitor inventory levels and maintain procurement records.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
9. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations.
10. Analyze procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
11. Resolve supplier performance issues, delivery delays, and quality concerns.
12. Prepare procurement reports, budgets, and expenditure analyses.
