Experience:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (relevant field preferred)
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Admin & HR
Good knowledge of MS Office & HR operations
Strong communication and organizational skills

Manage day-to-day HR & Administrative activities efficiently
Maintain employee personal files, documents and HR database
Handle employee attendance, leave management and reporting
Prepare and maintain HR related reports and documentation
Support recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling and onboarding
Coordinate employee joining formalities and exit procedures
Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters and other HR documents
Maintain employee records, contracts and compliance documents
Assist in payroll preparation including salary sheet, overtime and deductions
Monitor office discipline and ensure company policies are properly followed
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits and company procedures
Support performance evaluation and employee appraisal process
Maintain HRIS/HR software and update employee information regularly
Arrange employee meetings, training sessions and engagement activities
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with company rules, labor law and workplace regulations
Coordinate with different departments for administrative support
Manage office supplies, inventory and administrative records
Prepare official letters, notices and internal communications
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
Assist management in HR planning and decision-making
Support audit preparation and provide required HR documents
Maintain employee satisfaction and positive workplace environment
Handle vendor communication and office service coordination
Perform any other HR & Admin related tasks assigned by management
