  • At least 8 years of hands-on experience in the relevant HR fields with any reputed organizations preferably in Bank/NBFI.

  • Should have sound knowledge of HR best practices in the financial sector, income Tax Act 2023 and Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 as amended.

  • Excellent communication, leadership and people management skills.

  • Good command over written and spoken English.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMIS and HR analytics.

  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities: The incumbent will report directly to DMD & Chief Human Resources Officer. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operational functions mainly covering talent acquisition/selection & retention, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations and providing strategic inputs for HR policy development including implementation of the adopted HR policy in line with the Company`s directions.
