Candidates must have 3-5 years working experience in legal vetting on land/property ownership under the legal department preferably in any Bank / Financial Institution or reputed law firm.
Candidates must have sound knowledge in the fields of land, real estate & property laws etc.
Candidates should be dynamic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
Must have good command over English language and computer applications.
Must have strong determination to work with corporate sector.
Responsibilities & Context:
This incumbent will directly report to the Head of Legal. The selected candidate will play a key role in legal vetting on land and property ownership including preparing other legal document for disbursement of loan files of the Company.
