Responsibilities & Context:
The Lawyer will be responsible for ensuring that the company operates according to the highest ethical, legal, and compliance standards. The Lawyer will provide legal support and advice across various departments.
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information
· Complete knowledge of the legal procedures and regulations
· To vetting land documents, verify other documents, collect certified copies of khatian, deeds, judgment, decree from concern offices, courts etc.
· Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
· Create deed composing in Bangla & English.
· Visit registration office
· Submit land tax if so required.
