Experience:
Bachelor’s / Honors / Masters / BBA / MBA or L.L. B / LL.M from any reputed university.
A background in business administration or legal studies will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in reputed Real Estate or Building Development companies in Bangladesh.
Must have proven experience in handling Land / Joint Venture Negotiations, land vetting, and property acquisitions.

Additional Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern digital tools.
Exceptional high-stakes negotiation skills, extreme convincing capability, and sharp decision-making power.
Strong ability to work smoothly under high pressure, handle strict management audits, and meet tight deadlines.
Well-connected with an active personal database of landowners, land brokers, government land offices, and key stakeholders
We are looking for a Manager for our Land Procurement division to oversee daily operations and secure premium land and Joint Venture (JV) projects for future development.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive and accelerate the overall land acquisition and procurement growth of the company.
Monitor and follow up on the overall daily operations of the Land Procurement department.
Maintain strong financial knowledge and a clear understanding of real estate budgeting and land valuation.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate profitable land development opportunities, joint ventures (JV), and outright purchases.
Make strategic and operational plans to achieve land procurement and JV sign-up targets.
Engage in day-to-day communication with landowners and land brokers.
Monitor daily activity reports and update the property sourcing pipelines regularly.
Ensure clear title deeds, proper legal vetting, and smooth document verification for all prospective projects.
Guide and monitor the negotiation team to secure profitable deals and high-yield properties.
Review the land procurement team's performance for annual evaluation.
Update daily procurement analysis reports, legal hurdles, and land market challenges directly to the Management / Head of Department.
Handle any other task assigned from time to time by the management.
