Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from any reputed Public/Private University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate between projects, and other relevant departments
∎ Coordinate execution of civil construction
∎ Coordinate with design consultants (structural, architectural and plumbing)
∎ Ensure overall Quality control in the projects as per standard
∎ Ensure site and worker Safety and Security
∎ Prepare detailed project budgets and estimation of the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) & Materials of Quantity (MOQ) of all projects
∎ Prepare and Implement Site Implementation Plan for projects, by using MS Project and preparing variance report of each project with probable solutions
∎ Preparation and implementation of project schedule as per targets set by Management
∎ Schedule training programs and Provide training to the workers and guide them to increase skillset to ensure high quality construction
∎ Control wastage of materials during execution of work
∎ Maintain checklist for finishing works, work sequences
∎ To be accountable for the successful completion of project
∎ Check contractor's bill
∎ Report Project status and progress report of the construction activities on a regular basis
∎ Other duties and projects relating to Construction Management as assigned by the Management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Civil Construction, Civil Engineering
∎ Project Management, Drawing, BOQ, building design
∎ Civil Construction, Estimating, Labor Management, Layout
∎ MS Project, QC & Compliance
∎ Vendor management
∎ Billing and Costing, Project Engineer
∎ Project Co-Ordinator
∎ Purchase/ Procurement
∎ Site Management
∎ Experienced in commercial cum residencial project & high-rise apartment
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following business category:
∎ Engineering Firms, Construction Firms, Real estate Developer, Group of Companies
∎ Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
∎ Microsoft Project
∎ Quantitative analytical ability and Strong leadership skill
∎ Strong follow-up and persuasive skills
∎ Able to forecast Project engineering schedule
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Must have knowledge on map operation, plotting & ArcGIS(Client & server software)
∎ Must have knowledge on all type of drawings like RAJUK, Architectural, Structural, Perspective to find out any dissimilarity/Deviation for correction from respective departments
∎ The candidate must have worked practically on-site as a Manager Constructions and
∎ managed all paperwork, has knowledge of procurement, site management, labor
∎ management, materials and construction
∎ Should be able to manage highest quality residential/commercial building construction
∎ Should be experienced in handling large projects with 3 or more basements
