05–10 years of professional experience.
Strong experience in Artha Rin, Negotiable Instruments (NI) Act, banking, financial recovery and related litigation.

Prior professional experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
Additional Requirements
Excellent drafting and legal research skills.
Strong court appearance and advocacy skills for the Senior Associate position.

Senior Associate – 01 Position
Having more than five years of practical experience in matters relating to the NI Act and the Artha Rin.
Handle and conduct litigation matters relating to Artha Rin Adalat Ain and the Negotiable Instruments (NI) Act.
Represent clients before the High Court Division and other relevant courts.
Manage banking, financial, loan recovery and related litigation matters.
Prepare and review petitions, plaints, written statements, affidavits, applications, legal opinions and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
Handle client communications, case updates and professional correspondence.
Supervise junior associates and support the overall litigation team.
Maintain effective case management and ensure timely completion of assigned matters.
Associate – 03 Positions
Having more than two years of practical experience in matters relating to the NI Act and the Artha Rin
Assist in litigation and corporate legal matters under the supervision of senior lawyers.
Prepare and assist with drafting petitions, applications, notices, legal opinions and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and case-law analysis.
Assist with court appearances, case preparation and documentation.
Maintain case files, records, and follow up with relevant courts and authorities.
Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders.
Freshly enrolled Advocates with a genuine interest in litigation and corporate legal practice are encouraged to apply.
